Why should your company invest in vehicle wraps?

Excellent Visibility Medium

Studies support that a vehicle wrap can generate 30,000 to 70,000 views per day. That is at the least 400,000 impressions per year! This is of course dependent on the amount the vehicle is driven and where you park your vehicle for maximum exposure. Mobile advertising becomes increasingly valuable for companies that put vehicles on the road frequently like buses, delivery trucks or delivery vans.

Exclusive Advertising Space

You do not have to share your space with any other advertiser making your message more memorable per impression. You also do not have to jockey for ad visibility nor vie for “prime” advertising position with other advertisers.

Innovative Marketing Concept

Due to the unique nature of this medium partnered with “eye catching” designs , marketing studies have supported that vehicle wrap impressions are actually read and remembered better than any other form of advertising only bested by television advertising.

Longevity and Durability

Vehicle Wraps printed with quality inks on quality cast vinyl and protected by a cast laminate typically last up to five years, allowing you to get the most out for your marketing investment. This ensures that your ad space retains its vibrant colors and finish to promote your company or your brand for years.

Warrantees and guarantees

Using quality materials has its benefits as the manufacturers like 3M actually have a 5 year warranty on its materials used for vehicle wrapping.

Protects vehicle paint and finish

A vinyl wrap can actually help preserve a vehicle’s finish thereby inherently preserving also the resale value.

Easy removal/repair

A professional installer can cleanly remove a wrap and eliminate all traces of the installation. If you need to make changes to an existing wrap, the installer only needs to replace individual panels.

You own a business and don't have a vehicle wrap?

The hesitation...

The conversation usually starts out the same way when I am speaking to a business owner inquiring as to what a vehicle wrap costs. They have seen them on other vehicles, they have seen them on their competitions fleet and perhaps they have seen and called off one for a service or product that they themselves needed.
There is always a hesitation. A fear maybe or some other source of shielding keeping them from investing in one.  I typically find that its all about the money. There is a misconception that a vehicle wrap is a huge investment. Granted a good vehicle wrap can cost a few thousand dollars depending on the size and type of vehicle, the art involved and the amount of vinyl needed to convey the appropriate message.
Over the course of time I have found that this hesitation is simply a lack of understanding of what a vehicle wrap is, what it does and what it will do for their business. I know this to be true because the business owners that I have dealt with that have a vehicle wrap view it as a trade secret, they love their vehicle wraps and often are not willing to share exactly how much of a revenue increase they experience because they saw the value in wrapping their company vehicles.

Some Facts...

What most business owners do not understand that is that vehicle wraps are the most cost effective form of advertising in the world. Not only is the cost ridiculously low compared to anything else you can use for advertising there are several other key marketing  principles at work here.

Cost per impression:

The investment in a vehicle wrap is approximately .0003 per impression. Compared to a flier that is approximately .15 per impression or a mailer that is .43 per impression.
If you are at all watching your advertising budget vehicle wraps are a no brainer based on cost alone.

Direct marketing:

If you can show me any other form of marketing where you can take a bill board ( the viewable surface of a vehicle wrap is 6x larger on the ground than a billboard is in the air ) and park it directly in your demographic I will personally go hold your billboard up for you at your choice of locations.
A vehicle wrap can be parked where your customers are. A very simple concept but most business owners do not understand this as well as they should. YOU HAVE THE ABILITY TO PUT A BILLBOARD DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF YOUR POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS!! HELLO!!
Tell me that doesn't make sense. Not only do you have the ability to put a billboard in front of your customers. Think about McDonalds.

McDonalds:

Its widely known that Ray Kroc of McDonalds fame commonly made the point that he was not in the hamburger business, he was in fact in the real-estate business.  McDonalds has some of the best real-estate in the world, why? Because it is the most traveled and in areas that will in fact sell hamburgers. Now go back to my billboard analogy. Take a billboard with your companies information and go stake in the ground at McDonalds during the lunch rush. What do you think will happen?
Now take your vehicle wrap and park in the same McDonalds at the same time. All of a sudden you are a marketing master.

The bottom line...

Yes a vehicle wrap can require you to invest 1500-5000 into your business. The reality is that every other effort you pursue in marketing will not have the power and return that a vehicle wrap does.   There are several other reasons to invest in a vehicle wrap that I will have to post them separately.
A properly designed and installed vehicle wrap is the best form of advertising that you can do for your business period.

Vinyl Wrapping your Company Vehicle

Vinyl wrapping a vehicle is one of the cleverest ways to spend money in an advertising budget.  The upfront cost of having a custom vinyl wrap placed on your car / truck / van / boat / etc. has an incredible return on investment when it comes to local brand awareness.  Even large corporations benefit from this practice, like when you see a new Volkswagen bug on the road and you know they’re on the job for a certain electronics giant.

One of the benefits of using a vinyl wrap on your company’s vehicle includes massive exposure.  Everyone else who is commuting will see your mobile advertisement!  Instead of a stationary ad like on a billboard, which you must keep paying for month after month, the vinyl wrap on your company’s vehicle goes where you go.  It represents your company while on the job, off the job, anywhere you park or drive to.  It’s the investment that keeps on returning with more exposure of your company’s brand every day.

The savvy way to spend some of your ad budget is surely to do something that stands out and is impressive, especially when it only costs the company a one-time fee.  Impress your associates with your savvy marketing thinking by making the excellent decision to have vinyl wrapping for your company’s vehicle installed professionally.  Every time your vehicle leaves the lot, it goes on an advertising adventure, and when the vehicle is not in use, it stands guard of your brand with loyalty through night and day, limiting your exposure only to the population of your area and the areas to which you travel.

Radio Station Wraps

Our local radio stations KWBE, KUTT, and KMGT, asked us to help them make an impression.  They wanted to make sure that people were able to see, and recognize them in any town or event that they are.  We were able to help them out by providing vehicle wraps that are loud and bright.  Radio station wraps are usually a fun undertaking.  Becasue of the nature of their business, design can be much wilder than your average company wrap.
For their design, we wanted to display their new branding prominently, and also show people the promotion that htey are known for, their Cash Wheel.
Below is the final product.  For the wraps, we printed on Avery SC1005 EZRS, and used 1080 Matte Laminate to protect the print, and to give it a nice clean matte finish.

Lost Coast Wraps is now Premier Graphics Co.

Over the Past few years our company has grown and diversified into something quite different than it was when it began.
